Information you provide

Our application asks for your name, email, phone, business, website, role, industry, revenue range, team size, business challenges, goals, investment readiness, and any optional comments. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, or confidential customer information.

How applications are used

We use your information to review your application, respond to your inquiry, and discuss potential services. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or a commercial outcome. Optional marketing permission is separate from permission to respond about your application. You can withdraw marketing permission by emailing Jake.

Hosting and email delivery

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Applications are submitted through FormSubmit and forwarded to Jake's business inbox, which uses Google Workspace. These providers process information needed to host the site, check for spam, and deliver or store email. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. The website does not create a separate customer database.

We do not sell application information. We share it with service providers as needed to operate this application process, or where disclosure is required by law.

Cookies, security, and measurement

This website does not run advertising trackers or optional visitor analytics. Hosting and form providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. FormSubmit may present a Google reCAPTCHA spam check before accepting a submission.

Retention and requests

Application emails may be retained while we review and respond to your inquiry, manage a business relationship, or meet applicable obligations. Contact Jake to request access, correction, or deletion of your application information. Requests may require identity verification and are subject to applicable obligations and provider retention.

Security and changes

We use HTTPS for website traffic and application submission. No online service is completely secure. This policy may be updated as our practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
